StickerAI.shop provides an AI-powered sticker design service that transforms user descriptions into custom sticker designs. Our services include:

• Creating custom sticker designs based on user descriptions
• Providing high-resolution design files in multiple formats (PNG, , JPEG)
• Generating product descriptions and keywords for marketplace listings
• Delivering these materials via email and through our website

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

4. Payment Terms

We offer our design services on a pay-per-design basis. By purchasing a design, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed through our secure payment processor (Stripe).
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is required before receiving the high-resolution, non-watermarked design files.
• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the high-resolution files have been delivered.
• If you are not satisfied with your design draft, you may request revisions before making a purchase.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon purchasing a design, you receive the following rights:

• A non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the design for commercial purposes, including selling products featuring the design.
• The right to modify the design for your commercial use.
• The right to use the design on multiple products and across multiple marketplaces.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the design files themselves as digital products.
• Claim copyright or trademark ownership of the design itself.
• Use the designs in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

6. User Content

When you provide descriptions for design creation, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any design descriptions.
• Your design descriptions do not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
• Your design descriptions do not request content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To request designs that infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights or other rights of others.
• To request designs that are defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service, or which may harm us or users of the service.
• To attempt to interfere with the proper working of the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements.
• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The designs will meet your expectations or be suitable for your intended purpose.
• The designs will generate any specific level of sales or business success.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StickerAI.shop, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StickerAI.shop and its licensees, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms
